Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation :
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. In cases of high order volumes or special circumstances, processing times may be extended, and customers will be notified accordingly.
Refund Process
If the cancellation request is received within the specified deadline and the order has not been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping Methods:

Order Tracking:

Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer for a corrected address and additional shipping charges if applicable. If the customer does not provide a corrected address within a specified time, a refund will be issued for the order.
